Graphics

There are many ways of applying graphics to PVC panels. Banner quality vinyl graphics are quick and easy to apply but tend to crease easily if care is not taken on the folding and storage of the sheets.

The best solution, budget permitting, is to stencil the logo and paint out using a special PVC waterproof ink, as used by screenprinters. This is cost effective for one-offs and is easily reproduced on roof panels, valances and barriers.

Finally, full colour digital printing can recreate photographic quality on to any white PVC or mesh panel.

Custom Designs

We can manufacture your awning to practically any design you wish, the addition of graphics and split level colours can really enhance your paddock presence. For exact costings we would require sight of artwork or if you wish our design team can create visuals for your approval.*

Truss

Enhance the look of your awning in the paddock with aluminium truss framework. From structural sections and entrance arches to simple bolt on legs. Contact us for more information.

Sidewall Sheeting

To be used with Aluminium Base Frame. Our standard PVC sidewall sheeting uses a 630 gm lacquered PVC coated polyester.

Terrace Sheeting

Just like spectator barriers, in certain situations it can be important to keep the public "out". Using our terrace you can create that VIP area but with an open feel. These panels are ideal for company logos rather than print on to the main awning sheets. If your sponsor changes, the terrace sheeting is considerably less expensive to reproduce.

Spectator Barriers

The ever increasing demands on PR are all important in the Motorsport World, but restraining the general public without "shutting" them out has always been a problem. We have developed a versatile free-standing barrier system that can be printed up with your company's logos, they remain tight and clearly visible, but can be dismantled and stored away in a relatively small area very quickly.

Flooring

We can provide heavy duty pvc groundsheets or plastic interlocking flooring all competitively priced per square metre. Contact us for more information.

Aluminium Baseframe

Keeping the sidewall sheeting firmly held down is very important, both visually and from a safety aspect. We achieve this by using an anodised 11/4 10's gauge aluminium tube threaded through a pole pocket on the bottom of the sheet. This is then held down by a simple location pin on the steel foot plate, this bracket is ajustable to give a degree of adjustment for uneven ground and you can further secure the foot plate by using the steel pegs. The aluminium baseframe is easily removed to allow vehicle access or by adding an aluminium chequer plate ramp, the baseframe can remain in place.

Where the baseframe meets the vehicle, securing it to the ground can prove difficult. There are generally three options, standard is to fit a steel clamp on the vehicle at waist height; however this will depend on the vehicle construction. Through this clamp slides a tubular pole which locates on to the baseframe thus preventing the sheets from lifting.

The next option is to fit a nylon or stainless boss in the side of the vehicle, to which we fit a removable extrusion that seals the sidewalls to the vehicle, this aluminium extrusion also acts to locate the baseframe pole to the ground.

The third option is to weight the baseframe down where it meets the vehicle by locating it into a heavy duty hexagonal base plate.
